Pierwotnie wydany w 2006 roku album „Kiss of Death” to osiemnasty album studyjny Motörhead i następca znakomicie przyjętego „Inferno” z 2004 roku.

To bez wątpienia klasyczny Motörhead. Zespół kontynuuje cięższe brzmienie znane z poprzednich albumów, prezentując takie utwory jak „Sucker”, „God Was Never On Your Side” i wiele innych. Na albumie gościnnie wystąpili również Mike Inez z Alice in Chains oraz C.

C. DeVille z zespołu Poison.

Edycja z okazji 20-lecia została przygotowana w oparciu o nowy mastering half-speed wykonany z oryginalnych taśm. Wydanie uzupełniają teksty autorstwa Dave’a Linga z magazynu Classic Rock. Dodatkowo zawiera ekskluzywny bonusowy album koncertowy z występu zespołu podczas festiwalu Lowlands w Biddinghuizen w Holandii w 2007 roku.
