Cinderella - American-British [1] directed by Kenneth Branagh with Chris Weitz scenario from 2015. Produced by David Barron, Simon Kinberg and Allison Shearmur for Walt Disney Pictures, the film is inspired by the fairy tale of Cinderella Charles Perrault (with several references to the Grimm Brothers version of this fairy tale) and, although not an exact remake, borrows many elements from the movie about the same title from 1950 Walt Disney [2]. The film featured Lily James in the title role as Ella ("Cinderella"), Richard Madden as prince, Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine (stepmother), Sophie McSher as Gryzelda, Holliday Grainger as Anastazja and Helena Bonham Carter as the godfather.
